As a seasoned psychotherapist with decades of clinical, teaching, and training experience, I’m fluent in the language of emotions and in what actually helps people change. In therapy, we partner closely to explore your internal landscape—what’s working, what isn’t, and why.

I work efficiently, but with depth. We focus on the roots of distress, not just symptom management. This approach is especially valued by high achievers, professionals, executives, academics, and thoughtful clients who want meaningful change—not endless analysis. I also work with individuals who feel stuck, discouraged, or far from where they hoped they’d be.

Sometimes our work is primarily conversational—careful, reflective dialogue that helps put words to feelings, uncover patterns, and create understanding. Other times, we focus on learning practical tools to help you regulate intense emotions, slow impulsive reactions, and respond more thoughtfully in relationships.
