Why Psychotherapy:
Change comes as a challenge. Life passes in its ordinary way, then something difficult happens — there's a break or a block — or the "usual" goes on for too long, wearing you down. Together, we will collaborate to develop the skills necessary for you to promote lasting and positive life changes.
